What would Julianna Do
While i was invited as a guest on the set of “what would Julianna do” i made a hair and scalp treatment from ingredients that you may have in your fridge
This pre-shampoo treatment hair and scalp pack is applied to wet or dry hair prior to shampooing because the scalp is more responsive to treatment when pores are dilated. This can be used as a repair masque after being exposed to the sun’s harsh rays or during the cold winter when your hair and scalp are lacking moisture. This treatment pack will increase luster and shine, promote healthy hair growth, renew moisture in the scalp, and help prevent split ends.
To remove the treatment from hair, first rinse with warm water, then wash well with shampoo and follow up with a light conditioner. i do Recommend you use Yarok Feed Your Volume , it’s pure and healthy for you!
You’ll need,
1 leaf of the juices of the Aloe plant – moisturizes and has enzymes that promote hair growth
2 tablespoons organic Olive oil – moisture, shine, and body boost
1/2 an organic Avocado – vitamins for hair growth, high fatty acids for strengthening
1 tablespoon dry or fresh organic Rosemary – a tantalizing tingle that promotes scalp circulation and prevents dandruff
1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar – for shine, cleansing, and dandruff prevention
half a block of Organic Tofu – proteins to strengthen follicles and nutrients that conditions and adds texture
Combine all the ingredients in a blender (on a low speed) and blend until you have a smooth texture. Apply to scalp in small amounts while massaging in circular movement. Continue throughout hair, making sure the whole head is covered. Cover with a plastic hair cap and apply heat to head using your method of choice. This could be done with hot towels or by holding a blow dryer and heating all around for about 10 minutes. You can also leave it in your hair up to 1 hour if time is not an issue.
I recommend treating your hair and scalp with this pack once a week.
