The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Terms

Please note that our products are natural and do not contain chemical preservatives. As such, the shelf life is not as long as with chemically-produced products. As with any natural products that are made with all-natural preservatives, YAROK items should be used within one year for water formulated products and two years for oil formulated products.

Shipping

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.  Currently, we offer free shipping ground (on orders of $75 and over) throughout the U.S. and its territories, and DHL Inxpress for International orders. If you choose to expedite your shipping method, a shipping cost will be applied once you check out.

Refunds

We want everyone to be thoroughly happy with all of our products and we will make the maximum effort to do so.  Products that remain sealed in original packaging can be sent back for a refund, not including shipping & handling charges. Products found to be defective or damaged during delivery may be may be exchanged.  Exchanges and returns must be done within 10 days of delivery and sent back with a receipt.  Before sending back any items, please contact customer service at help@yarokhair.com.  

Wholesale

We are a wholesale vendor to qualified businesses who have a federal tax ID number (EIN). Contact us for sale terms and more information at info@yarokhair.com.  Please include supply a web site, a brief background of your operation and list of other brands you carry.

SHIPPING IS DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19.
